Who is responsible

What we collect and why
This website has no forms, no user accounts and no advertising.
- Booking requests. When you contact us on WhatsApp or by email, we receive your name, your phone number or email address, your travel dates, the number of guests and whatever else you write. We use this only to answer your request and to manage your stay. The legal basis is taking steps to enter into a contract with you.
- Website statistics. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits. It does not use cookies and does not identify individual visitors.
- Hosting. The website is hosted by Cloudflare, which processes technical data such as IP addresses in order to deliver the pages securely.
Cookies
This website does not set any cookies. It remembers your choice when you close the language suggestion, in your browser’s local storage only.
How long we keep data
We keep booking correspondence for as long as needed to handle your stay and to meet legal obligations, for example accounting and accommodation reporting duties.
Your rights
You have the right to know whether we process your data, and to ask for access, correction, deletion or restriction of processing, and to object (KVKK Article 11, GDPR Articles 15–21). To use these rights, contact us through the contact page. You may also complain to the Turkish Personal Data Protection Authority (KVKK) or to the data protection authority in your EU country.
